Guest Loyalty Card

Terms & Conditions

Our loyalty card is designed to reward our guests. By using the card, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility

       Only one loyalty card per guest is permitted.

       Cards are non-transferable and may not be shared.

Stamps

       Guests may receive one stamp per visit, regardless of group size.

Minimum Spend

       A minimum spend of £25 per visit is required to:

       Receive a stamp, or

       Redeem any loyalty reward.

       The minimum spend must be met in one transaction and cannot be combined across multiple bills or visits.

Dine-In Only

       The loyalty card is valid for dine-in customers only.

      It is not valid for takeaway or delivery orders.

Redemption & Exclusions

       Loyalty rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless stated otherwise.

       Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or Damaged Cards

       We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged loyalty cards.

      Lost cards will not be replaced, and stamps cannot be transferred.

Refusal & Misuse

       We reserve the right to refuse stamps, card use, or reward redemption at our discretion, including in cases of suspected misuse.

       All decisions by management are final.

Changes & Termination

       We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the loyalty card scheme or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Expiry

       Loyalty cards and rewards are not valid after the stated expiration date.

       Expired cards or offers will not be accepted.
